Klein and Klein worked with Shea Properties to develop the branding for The Market at Mountain House, a neighborhood shopping center in the East Bay. We were inspired by the local farming history and rural charm of the community. We worked that into the word mark, icon, color palette, and font design.
Designing a style guide
Klein + Klein developed a community style guide to be used by members of the design team. The guide offered decisions and recommendations on:
Font design;
Proper logo use;
Color palettes;
Exterior signage; and
Social media icons.
Social media presence
The branding for The Market at Mountain House extended to social media marketing that revolved around highlighting the various stores in this neighborhood center.
